Process

We provide a comprehensive quoting service that includes total pricing based on specific requirements of design, quantity, material, manufacturing, tooling, assembly, finishing, packaging and final delivery. We collaborate with our clients during initial quoting to ensure we can meet both production and budget demands.

If required, Replika can manufacture initial prototypes or sample manufacturing runs to test final product design and quality. We can also assist with necessary design revisions at this stage.

When manufacturing specifications are confirmed, Replika will generate a purchase order that acknowledges the quantity, cost and delivery date.

Upon receipt of the purchase order, Replika will enter the job into our internal management system. If for any reason a production schedule is held-up, we inform our client of the situation and make sure we find the best possible solution.

Our production team get to work, using all our manufacturing and fabrication expertise to create your order to the required specifications. This includes any finishing such as sanding, grinding and linishing.

After production is complete, we’ll carefully package your order and prepare it for delivery. Replika have their own truck to guarantee timely deliveries in the wider Auckland region and we utilise couriers and trusted transport contractors for deliveries across New Zealand.
